About Meghan
I have completed a nationally approved educational program for health and wellness coaching at the University of Vermont, and I am preparing to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification exam. To qualify, I must complete 50 coaching sessions.
I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating stress, digestive concerns, fatigue, work-life balance, and many other challenges that impact overall well-being.
